Grape Variety: 100% Malvasia

Winemaking: Cool maceration at 5ºC for 12 hours before fermentation at 15 -18ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: A unique wine in the region. A clean, fresh, fruit forward, juicy, aromatic white with great lively acidity. Green apples, mineral notes and a touch of peach lead to a very pleasant finish.

Consume: Within 1 - 2 years of the harvest

Food Pairings: Fish, Salads, cold meats, or simply delicious on its own!!!

Serving Temperature: 8 - 11ºC

Alcohol: 12,5%
