Thin-sliced Iberian Paleta, obtained from our pure-bred, free-range Iberian pigs that walk through the fields and woods from October till February eating the acorns and autumn fruits that nature provides.
The Paletas are dry-cured for at least 30 months acording to the traditional methods used by the Master Ham makers.
The Taste of this cut is very similar to that of the Ham but it is a little bit more aromatic and is slightly sweeter than the hams.
Each vacuum pack weighs 100gr.

Vacuum-packed so as to guarantee the perfect freshness with its’ unique taste and aromas, with spacers between each slice for your total comfort.
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
It is recommended that you take the sliced ham from the vacuum packet 1 hour before serving it, simply by placing it on a plate and leaving it at room temperature for the recommended time will help the ham to regain its’ smell , taste and texture.
Keep it in the fridge but never freeze it.
