PACKAGING
This product gets wrapped in greaseproof paper and then inserted into a cotton bag and all this inside a special box, designed for our hams.
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
These products do not need any special storage for it to keep perfectly. It can be kept at room temperature.
Once you have started to slice this product, then you should consume it within 6 weeks. It is advisable to place on the exposed meat some of the fat trimmed off the very leg so as to inhibit the loss of any aroma or flavor.
It is recommended that the product be consumed within 6 months of receiving it.
