These Paletas are the front legs obtained from the most select Iberian Pigs who have been free-ranging from October until February, enjoying the acorns, shoots and autumn fruits that nature can offer.

This piece is smaller than the Hams but has a very unique taste and flavor.

These Paletas are processed in the traditional way and then cured for 36 months.

This product gets wrapped in greaseproof paper and then inserted into a cotton bag and all this inside a special box, designed for our hams.

These products do not need any special storage for it to keep perfectly. It can be kept at room temperature.

Once you have started to slice this product, then you should consume it within 6 weeks. It is advisable to place on the exposed meat some of the fat trimmed off the very leg so as to inhibit the loss of any  aroma or flavor.

It is recommended that the product be consumed within 6 months of receiving it.
