RAW INGREDIENTS
A base of unpasteurised sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, and preservative E-1105 (derived from egg).
CHARACTERISTICS (TEXTURE, FLAVOUR, SMELL)
Texture: hard, firm and with some ‘eyes’ of marbled yellow colour. Characteristic strong smell of sheep’s cheese. Flavour: well developed, sharp and long-lasting. Aroma: intense with a saltiness.
